About Kimberly Miles’ Belief
Kimberly believes that health and well-being are our birthright. She brings enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to answering the question: “Why are we the way we are?” She has pursued years of study in human development, psychology, spirituality and natural health and healing. She has been a student of natural health, nutrition and mind-body techniques for thirty years. Kimberly earned two certifications in nutritional education from Bauman College and certifications from various other organizations for mind-body techniques. After doctors were unable to diagnose the root cause of her own failing health, Kimberly set out to find her own answers. She became passionate about natural health and healing during her thirty-year successful quest to regain her health.
In 2001, she was nominated as a WETA public radio Hometown Hero in Washington DC.

Kimberly is founder of Kimberly Miles Communications, LLC, which specializes in stress management, natural health and personal growth. She received a B.A. with honors from The University of Pennsylvania and a M.A. degree from George Washington University. While an M.A. candidate, she was awarded a Smithsonian Institution Fellowship to pursue her research in American art and culture.

In January 2017, Kimberly will publish her first book, At The Root — My journey to health and healing.
Kimberly authored two relaxation CDs: The Art of Letting Go© (2001) and Relaxation© (2007). Her very popular program The Wholeness Principle© is a series of experiential courses designed to help people minimize stress and create a more satisfying life. The Wholeness Principle© includes a 2½-day retreat in Sedona, Arizona.
Kimberly Miles Presenter
Kimberly has been a popular presenter with corporate and civic audiences where she introduced topics such as personal power, decision-making, guided relaxation, nutrition and natural health. She has the entertaining ability to weave these topics into relevant and meaningful scenarios. She has spoken to diverse groups such as The World Bank’s Spiritual Unfoldment Society, US State Department, Virginia Hospital Center at Arlington, Virginia and Montessori schools.
Kimberly resides in Sedona, Arizona with her husband and her dog, Mr. Wiggles. She is a proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys researching and writing, cooking, gardening, hiking, exercising, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
